Looks like he's paralized from the waist down and is experiencing 'severe pain' in his hands.
I hope they have him chained to the bed.
Who knows what nutter will try to excape with him.
Who knows if this guy will try to escape by commiting suicide.If leftists didn't have double standards, they'd have no standards at all.

If he's paralyzed, at least a real escape isn't possible.
