A WOMAN who bit off part of her former lover’s ear at a pagan wedding reception in Wellington Heath has been found guilty of unlawful wounding.

Worcester Crown Court heard that Gaile Stevens, of Kirbymoorside, West Yorkshire arrived dressed as a comedy cleaning lady, complete with rubber gloves and a broom.

Her former lover, Peter Lees of Wellington Heath told the court: “There was the most bizarre stuff coming out of her mouth. She was pushing people around.”

Stevens, aged 45, did not attend the actual wedding ceremony, which went smoothly at Mr Lees home, on September 23 last year.

But friends warned Mr Lees that Stevens was in a van nearby, and he decided to see her.

He said:”The person I saw was absolutely scary, like she was possessed by the Devil.

“There was a tattoo on her face and she was up on the bed, howling and hissing.

“It was not her. It was not my friend. It was some possessed person.”

The court heard that Mr Lees and Stevens had split up amicably just a few weeks earlier.

Mr Lees called the police because he feared that Stevens had mental health problems.

But she left the van and ran off cackling into nearby woods, threatening to return.

When she came back, she asked for a hug but sank her teeth into Mr Lees's ear as he bent towards her.

The missing part of the ear was never found.

Between her and the fool who put a sword through her foot, it's not been a good week for the witch types. :D

I edited the title to make it more witchy. We seem to have a theme going.

This stuff makes me so eager for Halloween!

I believe in Christianity as I believe that the sun has risen: not only because I see it, but because by it I see everything else.
