My mom's arms didn't look that bad when she was in her 80's. Now I don't feel so bad that I skipped working out at the gym this evening after work. Instead SR and I got a quick bite to eat at Steak N Shake. Their double chicken sandwich was AWFUL, like 2 little thin pads of rubber. Yuck.

Back to home cooking. It's much better and healthier. Now I have somewhere else to avoid other than White Castle. :D

Sounds better than the stupid "lighter" chicken sandwich at SteakNShake. I don't recommend it. SR had the sourdough patty melt, which was better, but not filet mignon quality. :D

We had T-bones Saturday, but still like the filet mignon better.
