I have always wondered about this. I'm sure you've seen a lot in this area. My understanding is that people continues to lose fat under the skin as they age. So, what does happen when people age and they also have breast implants, chin implants, cheek implants, etc.? Do all these things start to "surface"?

you have mass of wrinkles then taut skin...its rather disconcerting to round a corner and see a 90 year old wheeling herself down the hall with 25 year old boobs and her skin stretched across a skeletal face.
