This is a blow for free speech. It obliterates McCain - Feingold and will make it very difficult for the "fairness" doctrine to be enacted.


There is a reason Chuckee Schumer is all in a tizzy.

It doesn't obliterate it but it does put a serious dent into it.

The decision, which almost certainly will also allow labor unions to participate more freely in campaigns, threatens similar limits imposed by 24 states.

...like the one that helped get Scott Brown elected. Of course the Dems are panicked...:D
