Pelosi: no healthcare bill not a possibility 11:26am EST WASHINGTON (Reuters) - U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said on Wednesday she thought Democrats in Congress would still produce healthcare legislation despite recent difficulties, saying no bill was not an option.

"I don't see that (no bill) as a possibility; we will have something," Pelosi told reporters in the Capitol. Many Democrats have become pessimistic about finding a quick way forward for healthcare.

Pelosi knows going into Nov. They have NOTHING! They have nothing to hold up in-front of the voters and say "See we accomplished all of this!". Unless they can get some thing in hand, it will be hard to convince the voters that they have been hard at work.

Plus the Left is turning on them hard, Poll today out of KOS, said that the majority there will not donate to Dem coffers if there is no HCR. The Dems are over the proverbial barrel. Damned if they do, and Damned if they don't.

Doesn't work for me. If they do end up passing health care reform, it'll never be completely undone and we will have to live with the consequences.
