    No Gospel Bird today. I am cooking country style pork ribs, broccoli spears and home made spaghetti and cheese.

    Had brunch in town with some friends today. Heuvos y bacon, beans and toast, coffee. Nice, but my own weekend breakfasts are better these days (and cheaper).

    I've got an Asian fish market close to my place. You pick out what you want off the ice and they clean it and cook it (Fried, boiled or steamed) for you. We had fried red snapper today. This place has the best seafood I've ever had.

    My pork ribs had a tang to them. Took 2 bites and chunked them. Ordered a seafood platter to go.

    Nothing wrong with my frig. Bought the ribs Friday with an expiration date of Tuesday the 2nd. Anyway, I just woofed down a catfish dinner with dirty rice and f.f. Will eat the salad for supper.
