My views are considered racist in that I believe that all people regardless of color are equal and the ones that blame color for all of their failings are the least equal by choice. I do not believe any exceptions should be made because of color and if setting a certain standard results in a position being all white, all black or all hispanic it should not be lowered to be inclusive. Look at the ethnicity numbers in the Border Patrol. It is a majority Hispanic department. Because of racism? No, because Hispanics cream everyone else in the Spanish test scores. Is this fair?
