I have a coworker who loses it on a regular basis, but it's a quiet kind of thing. She cries a lot, gets quietly hysterical-I have been very concerned about her of late. She's nuts, we all knew that the first day she was here, but we didn't know how unstable she was until she started having mini breakdowns.

I don't worry that she will hurt others, but I do worry that she will either hurt herself or get someone else hurt because of her instablity, because it's a field in which we work with a large number of mentally unstable clients.
