In most sports, cold-cocking an opposing player repeatedly in the face with a series of gigantic Slovakian uppercuts would get you a multi-game suspension without pay.
In hockey, it means you have to sit in the penalty box for five minutes.

Clown, that's not fat.. If he has any muscle at all, he'll pass the tape test.... At 5'6", my limit was 180...(in the Army, though, not the pussy Air Force) 5'10" is an easy 205...
He's allowed to weigh 191 at his height by AF standards, but a simple tape test will get him through, provided he's got any kind of neck... (Max is 189 in the Army)Last edited by stsinner; 02-28-2010 at 09:51 PM.

The only problem I have with the post is the way he says he's going to serve his country, and no Tea Bagger is going to stop him.. This just doesn't even sound coherent... Libs loathe the military, right up to Obummer...

The measuring tape was the only way I ever stayed in. I was never over by much, 6-10 pounds but I could never make weight. I always passed with flying colors with the tape. The PT test was never a problem as I would always max the push-ups and run. Only scored 300 in the test once.
I always had my squad doing push-ups on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. Every 30 minutes from work call until the end of day formation we would drop and do 20. Everyone in my squad would max the push-up portion of the AFPT. I had a female in my squad and she could max the male standard in the push ups.

Pussy Air Force? Let me lay this out for you bub.
Army Fitness Standards for someone my age. 22-26 year olds.
Pushups: 40 Reps in 2 minutes.
Sit Ups: 50 Reps in 2 minutes
Run: 16:42 Two Mile Run time
You have to meet those to pass.
Air Force Minimum Fitness Standards for 20-30 year olds. (covers a much wider age group so for those 27-through 30 year olds who get slacker standards in the Army)
Push Ups: 33 in 1 minute
Sit Ups: 42 in 1 minute
Run: 1.5 Miles in 13:36
Now those three standards for the Air Force, you have to meet. You don't meet one of those you automatically fail. It doesn't stop there though. Just meeting those minimums will still cause you to fail. In order for me to pass the AFPFT, I would pretty much have to meet the Army Push Ups, and Sit Ups, in HALF the time they have to, and do their run time, while maintaining a 36" waist or better.
Our standards are now tougher then the Army's.
And by the way, the AF doesn't do tape tests, so a "simple tape test" wouldn't mean squat. They do that in the Army, hence my comment on him being better off in the Army.
Honestly, a troofer calling me a clown.Last edited by djones520; 03-01-2010 at 04:16 AM.
