WASHINGTON - A Metrorail stop on the Yellow Line has closed after a shooting Thursday evening.

The Pentagon Metro station has been closed due to a shooting outside the station. Trains are no longer stopping at the station.

Arlington Country Fire and Rescue says three people have been transported to a local hospital. There has been no word on their condition.

Metro is in the process of coordinating shuttle buses around the station.

    Few details yet.

    ON EDIT: http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/35716821/ns/us_news-crime_a... /

This says that possibly the three who were shot are two Pentagon police officers and the shooting suspect.
Someone finds good info pretty quickly.

    18. Listening to Glenn Beck?
We will see something violent from his followers. Maybe not this, but then again, an anti-government type just flew a plane into an IRS building.

Will be interesting to learn the details. And then some.
Despite finding info on him already, Faygo tries calling him a righty, and tries calling the IRS guy a righty as well. God these people are so disgusting.

This is the only thread I've found in there Breaking News, or GD forum. Now that word is getting wide spread that he was a left wing nutbag, I bet the place will be in a dizzy in the morning.
In most sports, cold-cocking an opposing player repeatedly in the face with a series of gigantic Slovakian uppercuts would get you a multi-game suspension without pay.

In hockey, it means you have to sit in the penalty box for five minutes.

Whenever someone goes nuts isn't the right response.

The crazy Web dude who crashed a plane didn't need a gun to get noticed.

There were signs, however, that Bedell may have resented the military and had doubts about the facts behind the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

Bedell, who lived with his parents, may have harbored resentment for the military and had doubts about the facts behind the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

I've been looking, but I don't think he had an account. He used the basic same name at all the places he posted, but nothing had any DU returns.

Still no retraction from the DUmp? I'm shocked!

Well at least the shooter died.

Of course, now DU will say he was "silenced" since he was a truther. :D:D
May the FORCE be with you!

    that bothers me about DU.

While I don't embrace all the theories about 9/11 but I feel certain there is malfeasance by the Bush Administration. Why were they not required to be questioned separately and under oath, for example, if there was nothing to hide? There was certainly something to hide.
Because feelings are so much more conclusive than facts.

Once the true details about the shooter (Namely, that he was a 9/11 truther and supported legalizing weed, both of which would make him fit right in at the DUmp) become more widely known, the DUmmies will use one of the following excuses they always use whenever a radical on their side kills people or blows something up:
    1. He was an innocent victim of circumstance who'd been set up.
    2. He was a brave hero standing up to "The Man/ The Establishment/ The Military Industrial Complex" and fighting for "Social justice."
    3. He was REALLY a right winger or an agent provocateur plant used to discredit liberalism.
