Today, the House starts the final push to pass ObamaCare by
launching the "reconciliation" bill with House Budget
Committee "Mark Up".

This is just a "shell" bill that will be replaced later in
the week (the latest procedural trick employed to rush this
bill forward). It is clear that Democrats will stop at
nothing to get this bill passed before the Easter recess.

The New York Times is reporting that the House
could vote on the Senate bill as soon as
Thursday. Both the original Senate bill and
the "reconciliation" bill could both be passed
and signed into law before the end of the weekend.

Of course, Obama and Pelosi are trying to create an air of
inevitability, but there are many conflicting reports as
to whether they have the votes to pass ObamaCare even using
the reconciliation trickery.

EVERY DAY THIS WEEK IS CRUCIAL -- especially with groups
like MoveOn.org ramping up the pressure on members of the
House and Senate.

I'm not either, but I believe they're printing these and hand delivering them to Congress. Used to have a relative in the Missouri congress (both house and then senate) who explained that many decisions are made by how many inches of paper are sent their way. 2" beats 3", etc.

If the reps get bombarded with page after printed page of signatures against this bill, some of them in the less safe seats just might pay attention.

Haven't been signing too many petitions, because have to confess that a bit afraid of being put on a gigantic Obama enemies list. But it's time that we take a stand. Have been getting further messages that they need any signatures by tomorrow, when they'll deliver them to the hill.
