Are Christian schools allowed to have a political agenda? How about the Teachers?

Just asking because my neighbor proudly displays his political signs in his window like COUNTRY First, Hands off my healthcare and I am sick of it. He works at a Christian school. Anything I can do? I am sick of it.
Because he's a teacher in a Christian school he should not be able to display political signs at his house. And they say that conservatives are so stupid and liberals so smart.

At least several DUers told him/her. Of course a number of them don't get the fact that the school has nothing to do with it, and that it's simply at the home of someone who works in a Christian school.

    1. If it's a private school -- they can have any agenda they want.

    2. Suck it up and deal with it?

Unless his window is part of a public school classroom, he's just exercising his right to free speech. He may be a complete moron, but he still has the right to flaunt that fact.

    6. Just because he teaches at a Christian school doesn't mean he....

loses his right to free speech in his own home. It is his constitutional right to display those signs, like it or not.

Even if he is a conservative who teaches in a public school, he is free to have whatever displays he wants at his private home, and whatever bumperstickers he wants on his own car, even if it is parked in the public school's parking lot.

I had a fifth grade teacher who had all kinds of stickers on the walls of the classroom in support of MIA American soldiers in Vietnam. The one I remember best said "POW/MIA-Only Hanoi Knows. When you got in trouble in his class, he made you stand by the wall. The place you had to stand had all the stickers on it, where you had to look at them until he told you to sit back at your desk.

When we were good, he gave us suckers and called them "sweet treats". Mr. Molnar had escaped with his family from Hungary, and he had quite a chilling story to tell of crossing mine fields while holding his baby daughter. He never hesitated to tell us how lucky we were to live in the USA.

We could say they are spending like drunken sailors. That would be unfair to drunken sailors, they're spending their OWN money.
