    1. Tea Partiers are NOT racists. You and I both know you have no proof to back that up, you seem to feel that expressing disagreement with Obama's idiotic policies = racism. News flash: It doesn't.
    2. Since the Tea Party movement has no official membership or leadership, bosses would have a hell of a time determining which employees take part in it.
    3. Firing them simply for expressing their minds on a political subject when they're not even at work would constitute discrimination, for which the bosses could be sued if they did it.
