The best is the parking structure across from my gym, down town. Near fist fights over spots closest to the gym’s front door, every morning. Pathetic. Four stories and I park on the roof - just to get the extra exercise from the stairs.
At Coretta Scott King's funeral in early 2006, Ethel Kennedy, the widow of Robert Kennedy, leaned over to him and whispered, "The torch is being passed to you." "A chill went up my spine," Obama told an aide. (Newsweek)

It's one of his common themes, whenever he returns. Who knows?

Sometimes those handicapped parking passes are given without a whole bunch of justification, but many times family members use those tags when they shouldn't. One woman I knew was bent out of shape because she got a ticket for using a handicapped space with her mother's tag. She deserved the ticket.

Sometimes it's just better to try a bit harder not to be so judgemental.

Your poll is interesting, but I think it leaves out some issues. If a person is just overweight, especially if they are young, the answer is no, there shouldn't be a legal right. But many overweight people have complications like arthritic knees and chronic back problems. It is possible, especially if these folks are over 40, that I could see handicapped spaces.

The long walk from a regular space will do them good if it doesn't kill them.

What I cant stand are the people I see in the grocery store buying things like beef jerky and bottled water with food stamps!

and they are fucking fat as HELL!

oh and I have somthing to tell any porkers out there.
Unless you have a gland problem you are fat because you eat too much and dont get any exercise.
Here I will give you a tip. When you are at the local Walmart buying beef jerky and cheese poofs with your food stamps, try walking instead of using the "free" electric cart.

Nay you repeatedly punch him in the throat as he slowly drags you away.

Yep. Reminds me of the lyrics of an old country & western song. "It's hard to be humble when you are perfect in so many ways."

I can understand the beef jerky being a problem, but how is the bottled water contributing?

His comment "and they are fucking fat as HELL!" indicates it's their size that annoys him, not what they're using the food stamps for. I wouldn't be judgmental about bottled water; you don't know how potable theirs is.

I usually see cases of evian and the like.
If thats the case they should be buying the .50 per gallon jugs......
