New House Ratings: 44 Seats Moved Toward GOP

We are still seven months until the midterm elections, so there is at least some possibility that the landscape could shift or that Democratic attacks on the GOP could keep Republican gains down to a minimum.

Substantial Republican gains are inevitable, with net Democratic losses now looking to be at least two dozen. At this point, GOP gains of 25-30 seats seem likely, though considerably larger gains in excess of 40 seats certainly seem possible.

We’ve moved 44 seats toward the Republicans and only 4 toward the Democrats.

Here are our latest House ratings.

I can't wait to see some of these bastards sent home in disgrace.

I think Repub pundits are low balling those estimates. With unemployment sky high, health care, deficit spending, government bailouts, it is possible that the Repubs could gain as many as a 100 seats in the House provided they field conservative candidates.

I love the part where he states that people have not felt the full benefits of the health care plan. They will immediately feel four years of tax increases before the benefits kick in on 2014. Clinton and his band of clowns are pissing in the wind cause the folks get it. The dummiecrats will get slaughtered in Nov.
