    Could be the browser you're using. Try a different one. I find when I use IE my PC hesitates. When I use Firefox, it's generally smooth as silk and very fast.

    Are you using the latest version of Firefox: 3.6.3 or above? Also do you have any Firefox addons/plugins?

    Don't know about plugins but I am using the latest version. They update automatically.
