Ooh, great idea. When I get my teeth back, lamb is definitely going to be on the menu.

Tomorrow, it's chicken, cooked to the extreme limits of tenderness, probably in a nice thai green curry recipe of my own devising.

BTW, you have an apostrophe in your post that is surplus to requirements. Pluralization of potatoes does not an apostrophe require.
