Tonight I am cooking for me and my mom. Oven roasted pork ribs with onion soup mix and cream of mushroom gravy. Some hibatchi roasted corn on the cobb and scallopped potatoes.

I am going to grill lemon, olive oil, mustard, and rosemary marinated split Cornish game hens with corn on the cob and baby spinach salad w/feta cheese and a nice vinaigrette.

PS> I absolutely LOVE my new Weber gas grill. It is the cat's meow. Oh, and I am a cooking god. :)

    Ginger.

    Bar-B-Que is a noun.

    Bar-B-Que is NOT a verb.

You can no more Bar-B-Que a turkey than you can Bar-B-Que a steak.

Feel free to grill them all you'd like.

    Thank You.
