Tried another one pan meal for pork chops! Came out juicy and full of flavor. Best part, it was easy!!:D
Takes 10 minutes to put together and an hour to cook!
•4 thick center cut pork chops (about an inch thick)
•Italian seasoning ( marjoram, thyme, rosemary, sage, oregano and basil)
•salt and pepper, to taste
•1 cup uncooked rice
•2 cups beef broth
•1/2 bell pepper,diced
•1 tomato, sliced
•1 medium onion, sliced
Sprinkle pork chops with Italian seasonings, and salt and pepper to taste. Place rice in a large casserole dish. Top with pork chops and cover with the beef broth. Layer vegetables over pork and cover with lid or foil. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
My, that was easy!!
Looks cool going into the oven!
Out of the oven
Tender and way juicy!!

Looks good, but I'd caramelize them onions."The efforts of the government alone will never be enough. In the end the people must choose and the people must help themselves" ~ JFK; from his famous inauguration speech (What Democrats sounded like before today's neo-Liberals hijacked that party)
