Tried another one pan meal for pork chops! Came out juicy and full of flavor. Best part, it was easy!!:D
Takes 10 minutes to put together and an hour to cook!
•4 thick center cut pork chops (about an inch thick)
•Italian seasoning ( marjoram, thyme, rosemary, sage, oregano and basil)
•salt and pepper, to taste
•1 cup uncooked rice
•2 cups beef broth
•1/2 bell pepper,diced
•1 tomato, sliced
•1 medium onion, sliced
Preparation:
Sprinkle pork chops with Italian seasonings, and salt and pepper to taste. Place rice in a large casserole dish. Top with pork chops and cover with the beef broth. Layer vegetables over pork and cover with lid or foil. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
My, that was easy!!
Looks cool going into the oven!
Out of the oven
Tender and way juicy!!
