Tried another one pan meal for pork chops! Came out juicy and full of flavor. Best part, it was easy!!:D
Takes 10 minutes to put together and an hour to cook!
•4 thick center cut pork chops (about an inch thick)
•Italian seasoning ( marjoram, thyme, rosemary, sage, oregano and basil)
•salt and pepper, to taste
•1 cup uncooked rice
•2 cups beef broth
•1/2 bell pepper,diced
•1 tomato, sliced
•1 medium onion, sliced
Sprinkle pork chops with Italian seasonings, and salt and pepper to taste. Place rice in a large casserole dish. Top with pork chops and cover with the beef broth. Layer vegetables over pork and cover with lid or foil. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
My, that was easy!!
Looks cool going into the oven!
Out of the oven

Looks good, but I'd caramelize them onions."Our president delivered his State of the Union message to Congress. That is one of the things his contract calls for -- to tell congress the condition of the country. This message, as I say, is to Congress. The rest of the people know the condition of the country, for they live in it, but Congress has no idea what is going on in America, so the president has to tell 'em." ~ Will Rogers
