Tomorrow I am making

Pork Ribs,the big thick ones.
Collard greens with ham hocks,
corn bread,
baked beans (from scratch),
fresh tomato salad
flan for dessert.

I haven't started the flan yet. I think I am going to put orange in the sauce and put some passion fruit flavored mezacal in the flan with a touch of chocolate. Depends on how the family votes for flan flavors when I start it.

Oh and one cajun martini for me!

My son is still home and doesn't leave for college for two weeks. He loves southern food, esp greens.
