I doubt anything that is cooked in a cooker that is mass produced by Commies in China (aka: Big Green Egg) would be worth eating. Enjoy that extra flavor of the lead based paint.

Here are some pictures of my ribs today:
Spare ribs all trimmed up and ready to go. The parts at the top are the trimmings.
Rub. I mostly make my own rub but I like Arthur Bryant's rub so I decided to use it.
Coals getting started in the BGE.
Ribs ready to go
Perfect temp. The BGE can hold that steady for 14-16 hours without any tending.
After three hours of smoking they were wraped in foil and cooked for another 1.5 hours.
Homemade BBQ sauce. Secret family recipe but it has Florida favors to it.
Taken out of the foil and let cook for another 45 minutes with basting with the sauce the last 15 minutes.
These ribs were very tender with a lot of juice. Very flavorful. Only amateurs cook ribs until they fall off the bone. If they fall off the bone they are overcooked. Good smoke ring and subtle hickory smoke flavor. Not too bad for the first time I used the BGE for ribs.
