I used Alton Brown's recipe, which I kinda like.
I cooked it for 1.5 hrs at 350 degrees on the Big Green Egg.
It turned out excellent. It was very moist and had a good background hickory flavor. Even a litle smoke ring. Probably the best meatloaf I ever had.
Meatloaf for supper tonight and grilled meatloaf sandwiches later in the week.
That looks good.

I've done that before and it works great.
Ground turkey meatloaf is not bad either..had to make that often for my dad and his low fat diet.
Weapons of war is a relative term. Once upon a time, rocks and sticks were weapons of war. Spears are weapons of war(spears were used by the Zulu in the Anglo-Zulu War). Knives are weapons of war....
They don't win the vote so they complain, their nothing but whiners, the whole lot of them. Sounds exactly like the DUmmies.
This clown needs to change his username to dumbass. Filing down the firing pin won't turn it into a fully auto capable weapon, it will render it useless, which is exactly the type of weapon he should...
I'd venture to guess that most moonbats wouldn't make it past the first week of boot since they are so easily offended and all. Personally, I'd prefer that they stay out of our military.
