Brown is pandering and I suspect that even as liberal as Cali is this may be his undoing. Voters realize that the state is strapped for cash and they are losing services because of the lack of funding. Even the most liberal of them will have to wonder what other programs they are going to have to give up to finance Moonbeam's bribe attempt.

Anyone with a brain will be wondering how in the hell is the state going to pay for it. We are broke. Plus, who is going to pay for my kid to go to college. You know ,the legal ones. I think this will backfire on him.
