    Ohio Congresswoman Hospitalized

ABC News' Teddy Davis Reports: Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones, D-Ohio, was hospitalized Tuesday night at the Huron Road Hospital in East Cleveland, according to Nicole Williams, the congresswoman's communications director.

The congresswoman was hospitalied after being found "unconscious behind the wheel of a moving car," according to Cleveland's WOIO.

Cleveland’s WOIO reported that police tried to pull over a fast-moving sedan at around 9 p.m. Tuesday but got no response from the driver. When they managed to get the car stopped in a field, they found Tubbs Jones, 58, unconscious in the driver’s seat.

WOIO said that Tubbs Jones' condition has been “stabilized.”

After suffering a massive aneurysm while behind the wheel Tuesday night in Cleveland, Rep. Stephanie Tubbs Jones (D-Ohio) is in grave condition and may be taken off of life support as early as this afternoon, according to WOIO in Cleveland.

Tubbs Jones was “for all intents and purposes dead when they brought her into the hospital” Tuesday night, the station reported in a breaking news update that interrupted regular morning programming.

The station, reporting from outside Huron Hospital in East Cleveland, where Tubbs Jones was brought Tuesday night, said her condition was “grave.” The report also indicated that life support could be “withdrawn sometime [Wednesday] afternoon.”

I heard about the crash, but didn't catch the part about the serious nature of the injuries.

Prayers going to Rep. Tubbs Jones.

Very sad. Poor woman. Early reports were more hopeful.

Wow. She was on tv all the time during the primaries, a major Hillary spokeswoman. Aneurysms are fast.

The hospital says she is still alive. There is talk that they are waiting to harvest organs. Bless her if she was an organ donor; it's so important.
