Nevada Voters Complain Of Problems At Polls
    Clark County Insists Election Fraud-Free

LAS VEGAS -- Some voters in Boulder City complained on Monday that their ballot had been cast before they went to the polls, raising questions about Clark County's electronic voting machines.

Voter Joyce Ferrara said when they went to vote for Republican Sharron Angle, her Democratic opponent, Sen. Harry Reid's name was already checked.

Ferrara said she wasn't alone in her voting experience. She said her husband and several others voting at the same time all had the same thing happen.

"Something's not right," Ferrara said. "One person that's a fluke. Two, that's strange. But several within a five minute period of time -- that's wrong."

Clark County Registrar of Voters Larry Lomax said there is no voter fraud, although the issues do come up because the touch-screens are sensitive. For that reason, a person may not want to have their fingers linger too long on the screen after they make a selection at any time.

"Especially in a community with elderly citizens (they have) difficulty in (casting their) ballot," Lomax said. "Team leaders said there were complaints (and the) race filled in."

At any time, voters can go back on the screen and review their selections. They are also allowed to make changes and encouraged to double-check their ballot on screen and on paper before it is cast.

Lomax said voters need to have faith in the system.

    It's only just begun...

Sam Laughinghouse of New Bern said he pushed the button to vote Republican in all races, but the voting machine screen displayed a ballot with all Democrats checked. He cleared the screen and tried again with the same result, he said. Then he asked for and received help from election staff.

“They pushed it twice and the same thing happened,” Laughinghouse said. “That was four times in a row. The fifth time they pushed it and the Republicans came up and I voted.”

    Arizona and Colorado

On Friday it was reported that the Yuma Recorder’s office was checking the 3,000 last minute voter registration forms turned in by the far left Mi Familia Vota organization. The recorder’s office found that already more than 65% of the registrations were invalid due to the registrant not being a citizen, wrong/invalid address, false signature, etc.

Mi Familia Vota is a SEIU sub-organization. It is just as “non-partisan” as ACORN was before documented fraudulent behaviors finally killed it.

The same SEIU offshoot group that is accused of turning in thousands of bogus voter registrations in Arizona has also come under fire in Colorado. Mi Familia Vota was accused of turning in 6,000 bogus voter registrations in Colorado earlier this year.

    Houston, TX

Most of the findings focused on a group called Houston Votes, a voter registration group headed by Sean Caddle, who also worked for the Service Employees International Union before coming to Houston. Among the findings were that only 1,793 of the 25,000 registrations the group submitted appeared to be valid.

The other registrations included one of a woman who registered six times in the same day; registrations of non-citizens; so many applications from one Houston Voters collector in one day that it was deemed to be beyond human capability; and 1,597 registrations that named the same person multiple times, often with different signatures.

A Working Families Party worker, Sarah Couch, who is not named in the investigation, has told state police investigators that LoPorto gave her what she believed were about 30 absentee ballots wrapped in a newspaper. But when the story broke last year, she says another councilman asked her to issue a Working Families Party press release that would "point blame at the Republican Party," and she refused to do so. At a meeting to discuss the scandal, she says one Democratic official started it by saying, "I want to make sure that this conversation isn't being recorded. Does anyone have any type of recording device?" He added, "...this is really, really bad and it needs to go away."

One of the others who allegedly gathered absentee ballot applications, former Troy Housing worker and Democratic Committeeman Anthony DeFiglio, told the state police about the unsuspecting voters. He said that "it was common knowledge that these people were never going to receive an absentee ballot. This is a political strategy to get control of a third party line."

It is the DUMs who claim voter fraud and cheating. It is the DUMs who are 100% at blame for the cheating. The perps should be publicly executed. This goes for ANYONE who attempts to subvert our Constitution. I mean ANYONE and EVERYONE. There is no dialogue or negotiation required. These cheaters know that what they are doing is wrong. They should die. That is all.

Rush was talking about the cheating today. He said the solution is for the loyal opposition to Obama and the dems to flood the voting places and to be vigilant. I guess we should bus in people from the nursing homes who are legally registered.

I saw the dims in Missouri rob John Ashcroft of a victory when the dead governor was elected. They cheated big time. Senator Bond protested but Ashcroft was way too civil and allowed the widow Carnahan to take the office that she got through her backers' cheating. They kept the polls open an extra 2 hours in the City of St Louis so they could bus in more folks from the ghetto areas.
