McCain. I'll admit that it'd be tempting to let Obama wreck havoc in the White House for 4 years so that the GOP might get a landslide victory with A DIFFERENT CANDIDATE in 2012, after having shown that candidates such as McCain aren't acceptable in a REPUBLICAN party. Hussein Obama negotiating with terrorists and disarming the United States is far too great a risk however. McCain might be horrible on economics, but so is Obama, and McCain does at least have a decent policy on the war as well as on spending. He also has some degree of substance to him -- not purely abstractions.

I used to be everyman68...

I am a lifelong Democrat...I am liberal on social issues...Moderate and market oriented on economic issues...And centrist on security/foreign policy issues... And I think this country is good one...

I am not a fan of Obama at all...I respect McCain's military service but I don't agree with most of his economic and social issues...

What does that all mean?

I don't have a dog in this fight...

The political environment favors the Democrats and Obama, if nothing else is a great campaigner and looks like a million dollars on tv... McCain is not a good campaigner...

They are running even in the polls...It should be interesting...
