He failed to pay taxes, failed to report income and assets on disclosure documents, solicited monies for a Rangel institute at City College on congressional letterhead and from people with business before his committee and occupied rent-stabilized apartments in violation of rules.
Yepper, no personal gain there, by golly.
Lets face it. The only reason Nazi Pelosi did this now was because she was fairly well certain what the new House would do to him. I doubt it would be limited to censure.
