My idea was to roast half a turkey breast on top of a small amount of stuffing so I wouldn't HAVE a lot of leftovers. :)

My brother made gumbo with his. I ate left overs once and that was enough turkey for me till next year. I made some killer gumbo Sunday with crawfish and crab meat.
