The food processor apple tart is interesting. Most of the others look too sweet or too chunky for me.
They look good. I'm really into pastry cooking, and 'tis the season again for it.
I saw the Meilleurs Ouvrier de France pastry feature on brit TV earlier this year.
They raise it to an art form. The French are good at this stuff, whatever else there is to be said about them.
