If we find out who the leaker in the government is--Who the Wikileaks guy's source in our government is--Should we give him/her the Rosenberg treatment?

It might act as a good deterrent to future would be leakers and traitors.

You see, our laws regarding treason don't cover the Wikileaks guy since he's not a US citizen. But whoever is his source is is a US citizen, subject to our laws and guilty of treason. Should we make an example of him/her once they're discovered?

They've already got the leaker in a cell in Leavenworth. That PFC Manning kid.

What got him busted in the first place was bragging to a fellow hacker that he had these very State Department cables. The guy he bragged to let the FBI know and the little dwebs hacking days in Iraq came to an abrupt halt.

My only hop enow...besides them putting Assange in a cell beside this kid...is that they find out that the stuff that Manning leaked caused one single solitary death...then they can get him for murder and put him on death row.

Yes. PFC Manning should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, to include charges of treason and, if convicted, executed.

Manning's conduct has already put him in jeopardy of the death penalty. Manning committed espionage. Espionage, during wartime or peace, can carry the death penalty. Assange is also subject to the death penalty, if he can be found, arrested and extradited, however, he is in hiding in a neutral nation. This is completely unacceptable. Sweden cannot claim to be neutral while it harbors a party to the conflict, especially one who is continuing his operations against us from their territory.

I'm not a death penalty advocate, but he should be prosecuted and, if found guilty, given the stiffest penalty possible short of that. His leaks have probably led to deaths of military personnel.

If they tried him for Treason or espionage they would have a good case against half of the politicians in office now and some who are dead.Pelosi,Reid,Leahy,Clinton and dead Ted just to name a few .
