On your keyboard somewhere is a key marked "PrtSc"

You get the screen that you want to capture centered in your monitor, and hit that key.

Then you open Paint or Publisher or any image program and paste it in. In paint you have to do this by opening the "Edit" menu. Publisher lets you do it with a right click.

Then you just save the picture and post it to Photobucket or another pic service.

9. Huge blunder by Biden.
It's been, like, two decades since his last presidential run, and he's already shown that he hasn't overcome his talking-without-thinking problem. This is a big-time fuck-up, IMHO.
