Had our fantasy football draft on saturday and needed to cook for a crowd, but our weather has not been great for outdoor cooking. Rain.
Slow cooker was the way to go.
2 boston butts about 4.5 lbs each
Marinate with Stubbs pork marinade overnte
2 oven stuffer chckens about 6-7 lbs each
marinate with Stubbs chicken marinade overnite
Friday nite about 11:00 pm put all the cookers on lowand let cook over nite.
The pork was fall apart heaven, the chicken a touch dry,b ut the bbq sauce took care of that.
We made some yellow rice and black beans with it.

serve with beer!
