Are you aware that the nation is gaining private sector jobs for about 9 months now ?

Are you aware that the UE number is steady or rising ?

If not then you are not informed enough to have a rational debate with me.

Get informed and come back to me , these are the very basics of the jobs issue , one should already be aware of what is happening, unless ones head is in the sand.

ever since I started posting here you idiots would type these words...

"How can we be gaining jobs when the UE number is going up , you must be an idiot"

I have now returned and you fools STILL don't understand the very question you love to post.

    This thread is proof enough.

Simple, there are not enough jobs being created to counter the number of new people coming into the job market and those who are going on unemployment.

Now can you tell the rest of these idiots... ?

Unemployed people are starting to look for jobs again, which gets them counted in the survey.

Unemployed NOT looking for a job DON'T get counted

This IS the question asked in the survey...

"Are you working?" (if you answer YES the survey is over, if you answer NO then you get asked another question)

"Are you activley looking for work?" (if you answer yes you are counted for the unemployment numbers, if you answer NO , you are not counted)

We are now seeing jobs created every month but unemployed people are now starting to look for work again and answering YES to the second question.

Why are you the only one able to understand this simple concept?

But, can you truly call it positive job growth when there are less jobs being created than the number of people coming into the workforce for the first time or claiming unemployment for the first time?

Answer to that is no and to state otherwise is ignorant and decietful....which is why you're doing it.

There can be several reasons but all of them have to do with increasing the size of the workforce. People re-entering the workforce who were discouraged before and the young just entering the workforce for the first time are the 2 main reasons the workforce increases.

There still is no way around the FACT that 8,034,000 people have become unemployed since the Democrats took over after the 2006 midterm elections.

This is according to the BLS
