blow a trillion dollar hole in the National Debt.

Imagine that , there first vote will be to add a trillion dollars to the national debt.

According to a Democratic source, CBO has finished its work and will release the official preliminary score later today. But here are the basic numbers: The bill will cost $940 billion over the first 10 years and reduce the deficit by $130 billion during that period. In the second 10 years -- so, 2020 to 2029 -- it will reduce the deficit by $1.2 trillion. The legislation will cover 32 million Americans, or 95 percent of the legal population.

To put this in context, that's more deficit reduction than either the House or Senate bill, and more coverage than the Senate bill.

Stand up for what is right, even if you have to stand alone.

Lies, lies and more lies. The Health Care will increase the deficit in the out years. The first 10 years will consist of 10 years of revenues and ONLY 6 YEARS OF BENEFITS. Why is that?????. Answer, it is going to cost more that those phony projections by the CBO. It is all smoke and mirrors. The second 10 years will blow a monstrous hole in the deficit. Anyone that believes you can cover millions more and total cost is going down is either delusional or a liar.

The GOP also told us the Clinton deficit reduction plan would bankrupt the country.

    As it turns out .....

You do know this is BS don't you???? IF it were accurate, WHY do they need to start the tax portions of the bill 2 years before most of the cost portions of the bill take effect.

You also know that EVEN THEN, in order to be able to claim this "savings", they had to put the Doctor reimbusement portions of the plan IN A SEPARATE BILL!

That is like your car dealer splitting up your car payment into a charge for the engine and a separate charge for the body, and ONLY quoting you the part reflecting the cost of the body.
I long for the days when our President actually liked our country.

The majority Republican Congress passed legislation to reduce the deficit. It was a bitter pill for Clinton to sign. Other legislation included the Welfare Reform Act. Taking millions off the welfare rolls so they could gain employment is why the treasury increased revenues and millions of blacks went to work.

You really need to keep up cause your are dumb as a rock.

    Because that's how it works.
