My sister just got a new Microsoft wireless mouse with the micro send unit, which puts my mind at ease a bit because I worried that the thumb-drive sized unit sticking out was waiting to break the case.

She bought a Toshiba Satelite three months ago, and I can't believe the damned thing doesn't have bluetooth. Would it have cost mort than a dollar for them to have included it?

Speaking of cool, have you seen the wi-fi memory cards? They cost as much as a camera, and the cameras OUGHT to be equipt with bluetooth (but aren't) so the concept is cool when the price comes down.
For some reason they have quit putting bluetooth on laptops, bluetooth was great. On some laptops especially dell, you have an extra pcie slot inside you can use, don't try the combo wifi/bluetooth cards they are nothing but trouble.
How is obama working out for you?

I have been using Logitech Trackmans in various forms for over a decade.

For machine programming they are great because there isn't enough room to move a mouse around on the platform and most people really hate them so they are not as prone to theft,

That's the one I like too, they have a new model that reads the ball with laser rather than infrared.

I just picked up the wireless model back in November for home use and so far I love it.

I have had to buy a few corded ones on eBay because they discontinued the corded style. The only reason I use that at work is because on the 18 inch wide programming shelves, mice get knocked off easily and frequently and the cord stops it from hitting the ground.

I thought Amazon still had them, but they are out now. I bought one from then 5 months ago.

I had one very similar to that one but it was hard to keep clean and I finally retired it.
May the FORCE be with you!
