Well in honor of getting a lot done today we are have a couple of...

    Yum!!!

I replaced the water intake hoses for our washer, they were looking a little aged with some never burst steel hoses.

I then went to my local Harbor Freight Tool store today and picked up some new pliers and some new screw drivers. Man, I love this place, I could spend hours in one...:D

Last but not least I ordered a new Backup Generator from CostCo. Hurricane season is just around the corner...
May the FORCE be with you!

I had smoked lamb loin chops with baked macaroni and cheese for lunch.
For supper I can Either go with left over roast beef or left over baked spaghetti with cheese.

We also had pasta with the steaks. I make it with lots and lots of veggies, plus some ground sirloin.

It's been a very busy day. I tried to push it and get SR to do a few more tasks, but he had done enough for the day (or so he said). :D

I made Julia Child's French onion soup and it was phenomenal. Now we're enjoying watching the Steelers pound the Jets.

Miz Bubba and I watched Julia and Julie last night. Good movie.

    Have you seen it?

BTW: I had a ham and cheese sandwich for dinner.

Saw "Julie and Julia" on the flight to Paris last winter. :) If you'd heated your ham and cheese sammich yoiu could have had a "croque monsieur".

When I have a really good bread and not in the mood to cook, I get out the panini maker for a quick treat. The Florda avacados are huge, so slice some avacado, a nice cheese, some tomato with garlic and have my version of a Florida burger. :D

For lunch, I had a can of vienna sausage and crackers. Eating high on the hog. Cooked a pot roast with rice and gravy yesterday so it might be Stouffers lasagna or spaghetti and meatballs tonight.
