Let's see how sports savvy some CUers are:

NFL: There were 2 franchises called the Dallas Texans. Both teams still exist and both teams eventually became champions(one won as the Texans). Name them.

NFL: What is the oldest continuing franchise in NFL history?

MLB: The Washington Senators were 2 different franchises. Both eventually moved to other cities. Who did these Senator franchises become?

MLB: Before there was the Seattle Mariners, there were the Seattle Pilots. They played only 1 season before moving to another city. Who are they now?

NBA: Since 1980, there have been only 8 teams who've won the NBA championship. Who are they?

I think the sens became the Kansas City Royals ? Used to follow baseball seriusly in the 1960's. My favourite player was Roger Maris - remeber well when he hit 61 homers, I was just a 13 year old boy at the time.

You're both half right on question #1 and completely wrong on #2. Right on the rest(except fettpett on the Senators question). The moron is not even close.

Four players in Major League baseball history have had a 180 hits in a season at three different primary positions (primary position meaning greater than 50% of games played that season).

    Name them.
