Wisconsin Assembly Reaches Deal ...

MADISON, Wis. — Wisconsin Democrats in the state Assembly agreed to a deal in the pre-dawn hours Thursday to limit debate and reach a vote, perhaps by midday, on a bill taking away public workers' collective bargaining rights.

The deal announced shortly after 6 a.m. was designed to force a vote on Republican Gov. Scott Walker's bill following more than 42 hours of debate that began Tuesday morning.

"We will strongly make our points, but understand you are limiting the voice of the public as you do this," said Democratic state Rep. Mark Pocan of Madison. "You can't dictate democracy. You are limiting the people's voice with this agreement this morning."

What's going on is that once again, you have deluded yourself into thinking that you have some sort of majority, even in places like Moonbat Central, better known as Madison, WI. Reality wins every time over your delusions, moonbat.


Here's what it means, moonbats: you're losing. People aren't buying your bullshit any more. This is the state house that is giving in. The Senate will give in soon enough. Someone in the Senate will figure out that he/she is going to get booted out of office for this stunt, and they will come back and try to save skin by showing up and taking their lumps on this vote.

It's the beginning of the end for you, moonbats of Wisconsin. Enjoy the show.

it is a great move, but the GOP should have broken the bill into two, pass the collective bargaining part (since they can do that without a quorum) and move on.

only did the republicans show how much they hate labor, they overplayed their hand, and they will pay for it in 2012

We shall see. Right now the polling is showing that voters are in disagreement with the way Democrats are running away. To me that does not say that they are siding with labor.

DUers aren't going to give up though.
