How the hell can a homeless person vote without a home in the district?

I don't understand this. Why would it be more problematic, or problematic at all, for black voters to show ID? Does the black population of South Carolina have a lower per-capita ID issue rate or something?

Of course not. They claim that being asked to show ID intimidates blacks, most of whom were born well after the civil rights era, and keeps them from voting, as does the sight of law enforcement personnel near a polling place (because, you know, those blacks are afraid of cops). It's a racist assumption but it serves the activists, who are facilitating voter fraud.

In Louisiana there are 2 requirements. Your name has to be on the rolls and you have to show picture ID (drivers Lic or other). Plus, a signature is required next to your name. Works good here; blacks comprise over 50% in B.R.

Agreed. Also, voting by mail or absentee ballots should be reserved for people who genuinely cannot get to a polling place, such as invalids, deployed military personnel and others who have similar restrictions on their ability to vote in person. The preponderance of absentee ballots is an invitation to fraud.

In addition, military voters should be able to cast votes via AKO, with digital signatures. If I can sign my OER and leave forms electronically, there's no reason that I shouldn't be able to vote that way when I'm deployed.
