216. actually the shape of the earth is affected by the moon,
slightly - tends to bulge somewhat when the orbit of the moon is closer to the earth. Saw it on PBS. I have no idea whether massive amounts of melting ice would have an effect or not. Where's a geophysicist when we need one...![]()
