Why would anyone need a side with a sandwich like that?

A kosher dill would do it.
How is obama working out for you?

I was bad today, I ate 5 junior burgers but Duke got a couple bites from each one. When I am really hungry I could eat that sandwich.

It's really not that bad.Two small steaks and mushrooms and shallots .Eat it a slice at a time over several days .
The pickled mustard Vegetables are just for health appearances ,although tasty .The English have a tradition for meat pies and a sandwich in a round bread loaf is an natural extension .

You're right - a most excellent slide show. I just finished breakfast and I STILL want one.

It looks both tasty and easy. I can instantly see the need for this sandwich on picnics or during ski season or any time really. :)
