find out what your BMR is and eat 1000 calories over it. Keep your calories consisting of natural fats, carbs and protein. Eat about 1 gram to 1.5 grams of protein to every pound of body weight per day.
Also start a lifting routine.
Keep that up for 60 days and tell me where you are at.

And for Gods sake don't do cardio. If you want to strengthen cardiovascular health look up weight lifting complexes and do those in place of cardio.
