Past tense. How many who grew up in the 1970's didn't at least try it? He had the guts to admit he did it - and inhaled - unlike another politician I can name. He admitted to it before he even began the campaign for governor.

Now, he does triathlons. Doesn't smoke anything, or drink alcohol or coffee. You'd almost think he was Mormon (he isn't).

Medicinal marijuana is legal in NM. I wouldn't mess with the crap, but it's available with a prescription.

All I can tell you is he lowered taxes, put the state in the black, with budget surpluses, and rammed the concealed carry law through a dem controlled state legislature that didn't want it. And, he's still very popular here in NM.
