Not the same colour it used to be...

I normally drink Hendricks Gin, but I have a bottle of this stuff on order.

    Anyone ever seen non-clear Gin?

Interesting. Does it have a flavor ingredient that gave it that color? Usually that amber hue comes from aging in charrd oak casks.

And no, i haven't seen colored gin.
Hey careful man! There's a beverage here!

    Dark gin?
"Our president delivered his State of the Union message to Congress. That is one of the things his contract calls for -- to tell congress the condition of the country. This message, as I say, is to Congress. The rest of the people know the condition of the country, for they live in it, but Congress has no idea what is going on in America, so the president has to tell 'em." ~ Will Rogers

Ransom Old Tom Oregon Gin 750ml
    SKU #1052105

Ransom spirits is a one man, artisinal distillery, run by Tad Seestedt and located in Sheridan, Oregon. The Old Tom gin is all done on an alembic pot still and it is an historically accurate replication of what people were drinking in the 1800's and during the golden age of American cocktails (Cocktail historian David Wondrich collaborated on the project). It has just a touch of sweetness, a golden amber color, and is made from malted barley and corn. Make the original Martinez cocktail with the original Old Tom Gin. One of the most fun products we've played with this year. It is versatile, but classically styled. A must for any serious mixer.

My spidey senses tell me that that's the long version of, "He shit in the barrel by accident." I'll await BadCat's verdict. I have been wrong in these matters once or once.
