    I think it shows his father was not a black African but in fact, a white Scotsman. That would kill him politically with the African-American community if they found out he wasn't black.

    Doubtful. I would bet even money that his application to enter college are more revealing of his religion and that he lied to gain preferences.

    Good point. If his actual birth certificate shows his father was white, and he claims to be black on the application, that would be hugh!
