According to some, particularly my wife, that would describe every day for me, but I digress...

I misplace things at an alarming rate. Not important things like car keys, glasses or my car, but seemingly inconsequential things. I buy pens by the gross because I leave them everywhere and just today I left an 8 gig flash drive in a compute at work and I will guarantee that it will be gone before I get there tomorrow. I don't think I have one complete screwdriver, socket or wrench set. I know I put that damn thing somewhere.

TOTD: What thing or things do you do or have you done that have been completely thoughtless, not counting forgetting something silly like a birthday or anniversary?

    I don't remember.
The difference between pigs and people is that when they tell you you're cured it isn't a good thing.

I misplace my glasses (for reading, sunglasses and for distance) I keep a set in the car and in the house and still have to hunt for them. Other than that, I forgot what this topic was about.:p

Have you ever left the house on an errand and forgot what it was on the way ?Have you ever gone food shopping with your wife and came home with things you never intended to purchase but forget what you originally went for ?Have you walk out to the garden with a tool in your hand and forgot why you were going out there ?..Short term memories have a funny way of shifting out of the queue .....FIFO,first in first out !

It's warming up out here but the winds are still miserable.

TOTD: My particular flavor of OCD makes me chronically well organized so this is not really a factor in my life. I do find driving to be ultra-boring, though, and it's not unusual for me to miss an exit by 3 miles because I was thinking of something much more entertaining. Mr. Snaps will no longer allow me to drive because of this if we are taking freeways anyplace.:o

I forgot I had clothes in the dryer. grrr. No big deal if I forget one out of the 3 or 4 things to do. Never make a list. It is just more challenging that way. Being retired, I have the luxury of doing something today that I forgot to do the previous day. So being a little scatterbrain is fun.
