You need a dozen or so carrots - wash or peel them.
    A handful of spinach
    Some romaine lettuce
    A chunk of fresh ginger

Send it all through the juicer.

    Enjoy!!

It is sooo good, and sweet tasting. My vegan parents turned me on to carrot juice several years ago, so some months ago, when I found a juicer at a yardsale, I started to juice my own breakfast "smoothies".

The yard rabbits love the peelings.

Don't peel the carrots .Just take off the bottoms and tops and scrub them then juice them .Most of the goodness is in the skins. Also a few small peeled potato's in the juice adds a lot of Vitamin 'C' !

I bought a juicer a few years ago and realized I was too acclimated to the processed stuff. I just could not drink it fresh.:o
This is bigger than presidential politics. This is a battle for America.

I am not wild about raw greens, without bad stuff on it, so this is perfect for me. I LOVE it as juice.
