You need a dozen or so carrots - wash or peel them.
A handful of spinach
Some romaine lettuce
A chunk of fresh ginger
Send it all through the juicer.

It is sooo good, and sweet tasting. My vegan parents turned me on to carrot juice several years ago, so some months ago, when I found a juicer at a yardsale, I started to juice my own breakfast "smoothies".
The yard rabbits love the peelings.
